With every passing year, technology becomes more ingrained in education. This year is no exception. Each student will be assigned a Chromebook which they will use daily. Signed district Technology Agreements and Chromebook Use Agreements (part of the online registration) will be required prior to your student being assigned said Chromebook and certainly before they are allowed to take it home (if the need arises). You and your student will be responsible for the care and proper use of all assigned technology. Misuse of district technology may result in disciplinary action. Additionally, beginning in August 2022, families may be responsible for repair costs to damaged chromebooks. Here is a list of common repairs and the cost to fix them:

• Broken Screen: $130
• Plastic casing around display bezel: $25
• Replacement power adapter: $27
• Damaged keyboard: $25
• Replacement Chromebook: $300 (Chromebook) + $28 (license) = $328
